We offer a VACATION with the Jesuit monk and Zen master Niklaus Brantschen, who this time teaches us not to meditate, but to REST, PLAY and RECHARGE. We reverse the order: we do not start with meditation, but with relaxation!
We can gain an insight into the science of the master: how spirituality and meditation transform our daily lives. We learn again what it is ONLY to exist for yourself – with the master.
